About
A native of Kansas City, Laura graduated in 1990 from the University of Missouri-Kansas City School of Law. She immediately saw the need for cross border representation and passed the Bar Exams in both Missouri and Kansas. She then began her career with Vance C. Preman working on personal injury claims. Later Laura worked with one of the country's most prestigious litigation firms working on many high-profile cases.
A sign of her uncompromising work ethic, Laura has started and successfully run multiple businesses over the last 25 years receiving recognition by among others the Wall Street Journal, Kansas City Star, PC World, Mac World, Metropolitan Home, Better Homes & Garden and the Oprah Show. She has also been awarded a patent.
Laura has always been a health advocate. She's a certified personal trainer and has consistently lifted weights, practiced yoga, played tennis, cycled, and run. She has seen first hand the need for representation amongst the cycling community due to road hazards, distracted drivers and other dangers.
Owing to her intelligence, creativity and mechanical prowess, Laura has an innate ability to see situations from a different perspective. She's currently working with Vance Preman of KC Bike Law using her experience and wisdom to help get justice and compensation for her clients.
